Female Nude<\/h1>\n

Just a little experiment. I tried to create a monoprint using etching ink and no medium.<\/p>\n

First I did a pencil sketch on newsprint.<\/p>\n

As I was inking the plate I should have realized that I needed to thin the ink with medium. The ink wasn’t rolling onto the plate evenly, leaving blotches that wouldn’t roll out. I was curious as to how it would look so I pulled the print anyway.<\/p>\n
